We have a central role to play in our company's Future of Work strategy and the tools resources, and One HP approach to bring this to life for our customers.

Important Reminders:
Flights
DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL BEFORE November 1st, 2025, to ensure it is reflected in our next fiscal year budget (Q1 FY26). If you do it prior to November 1st, it will negatively impact on our current budget.
Please do not purchase tickets until further instructions are shared. We will notify you when it’s time to begin booking your flight. All flights will be arranged directly by attendees and charged to your cost center. The CMCAO Office will not handle flight bookings.

FAQs
Taskforce FY´26 is a biannual meeting designed for select People Managers within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs organization who play a central role in driving our company’s Future of Work strategy.
The session focuses on equipping these People Managers with the tools, resources, and One HP approach needed to bring this vision to life — helping them connect, empower, and cascade key learnings across their teams.
Can someone take my place if I cannot attend?
This is on a case-by-case basis. Please consult with your L2 or their Chief to determine the right replacement if you cannot attend.
Can anyone local attend?
Due to the intended audience, attendance is reserved for invites only.
This falls the week after Thanksgiving. I may not make the Welcome Reception.
We understand that travel logistics may not allow everyone to arrive for the Welcome Reception, but we would love you to join us if you can make it.

Your accommodation is covered on December 2nd, 3rd and 4th*. Early arrivals and late departures outside this window will be charged to your cost center for business travel, or to you for personal travel. Please note that if you have booked additional nights before or after the event, the hotel will ensure you remain in the same room for your entire stay.
All meals will be provided throughout the event.
*Room rate, taxes, and fees will be covered by the Office of the CMCAO. However, incidentals and any additional room charges will be the responsibility of each attendee.
Not covered: The Office of the CMCAO is NOT covering transportation. Transportation to and from the airport is the responsibility of attendees.

The nearest airport is Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN).
Ride-Hailing (Uber, Cabify, Bolt) and Taxi
The hotel is approximately 20 minutes by car from Barcelona Airport. Upon arrival, we recommend using Uber, Cabify, or Bolt, which are popular and convenient options, with an estimated cost of around €25. Alternatively, a conventional taxi ride from the airport to the hotel is also direct and convenient, costing approximately €30.
Public Transportation
There is no direct route to the hotel on public transportation. Travel time is estimated between 60 and 90 minutes.

- Breakfast Buffet: Breakfast will be served at the Gehry Restaurant, located on the second floor of the hotel, from 7:00 to 11:00, Monday through Sunday.
- Wi-Fi: The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the building. A dedicated network will also be available exclusively for Taskforce attendees.
- Gym: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed. Guide Dogs: No charge.
- Smoking policy: 100% non-smoking hotel.
- Onsite Parking: If parking is required, especially for local attendees, each individual will be responsible for their own parking expenses unless they are not staying at the hotel.
- In Barcelona you can get everywhere by Metro; it is the preferred option for locals and tourists to move around. The nearest metro station is Ciutadella | Vila Olímpica. L4 – Yellow line.

During the first week of December, Barcelona typically experiences cool and mostly sunny weather. Daytime temperatures are expected to reach around 13 °C (55 °F), while nighttime temperatures may drop to about 4–5 °C (39–41 °F).
You can expect mild afternoons, especially in the sun, but mornings and evenings tend to feel chilly, particularly near the sea.
